Terri Day (a barefoot hoof client of mine and Danie Ray) has Major Tom to rehome. He is a 12 year old 16 hand TW with no papers. He ties and leads with a neck rope. Stands beautiful for the trimmer and has great feet and big bones. Major Tom is a stoic horse who knows his job well.  Good with other horses when tied, and loves trail rides in the Modelumne River Canyons. Major rides the same trails with Magali a neighbor and endurance rider, and her Fresian Harley, an endurance horse supreme with multiple best condition awards. Major is in great condition and moves with a beautiful flat/running walk.

Terri is asking $2500 (OBO), or can take a trade for another gaited horse of equal value but smaller size!

Terri says, “finding a new home for Major Tom is a tough one for me, knowing that I should be riding something smaller, less powerful (have osteoporosis).  He’ll be hard to replace.”
